Support questions, billing and refunds, privacy and data requests, copyright notices, press inquiries — all go to the same inbox. We triage internally so you don't have to guess which address to use.

What to include

  • Billing & refunds: the order ID from your purchase receipt. See the Refund Policy for how requests are reviewed.
  • Privacy & data requests: the email on your account. Rights and timelines are documented in the Privacy Policy (we respond within 30 days).
  • Copyright takedowns: the elements listed in the Copyright Policy. Use subject line “DMCA notice” so we route it quickly.
  • Security disclosures: please use subject line “Security disclosure” and don't publicly disclose until we've had a chance to fix the issue.

Response times

We aim to reply to support and billing emails within one business day (Monday–Friday). Privacy and copyright requests follow statutory windows — 30 days for privacy under DPDP / GDPR, 1–3 days for DMCA takedowns.
